This is a prior information notice ONLY in relation to identifying a suitable service provider to carry out a European research on Access to Affordable and Quality Housing For all People. The aim of the research is to develop a knowledge and evidence base in understanding and measuring affordable and quality housing in Europe from a policy point of view by taking into account the diversity of European territories and their specificities.

The contract will be implemented through a standard service contract with the duration of 2 years. This public procurement procedure will not be divided into lots.

The estimated value of this contract is of EUR 700,000.00, excluding VAT, over the entire term of the contract.
