The publication grabbed the attention of a number of cities that seek to embrace the paradigm shift in service provision. Today, the policy brief is on the agenda of the Connected Smart Cities Conference. This is an annual initiative of the Open & Agile Smart Cities, a non-profit organisation that stimulates the development of new interoperable digital services.
