External Evaluation of ESPON 2013 Programme

The Call for Tender aims at selecting an external evaluator able to carry out the work of an external evaluation of the ESPON 2013 Programme in accordance with the Community legal framework in force, in particular the Council Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 of 11 July 2006 and its articles 47 to 49.
