The service contract shall conduct empirical research estimating (a) the extent to which and conditions under which knowledge spillovers from Continental Europe explain entrepreneurship in the outermost regions and (b) the effect of regional smart specialisation on entrepreneurship in the outermost regions.

The main outcome of this service contract shall be a set of entrepreneurial policy recommendations for national authorities, local and regional authorities in the outermost regions as well as programming authorities of the Interreg programmes operating in the outermost regions.

Budget

The maximum available budget is EUR 150,000.00 (one hundred fifty thousand Euros), exclusive of VAT but inclusive of all other taxes, disbursements, travel, accommodation and delivery costs.
