The analysis of potential territorial impacts of EU policies is very important for policy makers in order to create a more democratic Europe closer to citizens that takes under consideration the different circumstances (economic, social, environments, administrative etc) in the cities and different territories of EU. ESPON will contribute with the Quick Scan and the new modalities of the Territorial Impact Assessment tool.
